I'm pretty sure rockets have a maximum force, so if you attach too much, you'd be wasting them, but if you attach too little, you could be missing out.

You only need 2 fans, maybe one at that height. Rockets are not mandatory if you know the backwards falling trick. The potion was really wasted as it doesn't really count to retrieve the sword. Only second green ring is necessary
