I have 8 years of experience in Germany and would like to share some insights about the challenges. 1. An MBA is not as valuable without proficiency in the German language. 2. High taxes (approximately 42%). 3. High competition is expected in 2024 and the upcoming years. I believe it will become as competitive as Canada. 4. High rent for accommodation and other expenses make it very hard to save money. 5. The language barrier is a big issue. 6. Slow internet. 7. Tasteless food. 8. Nowadays, it is very hard to gain admission to public universities, which are the only free option in Germany. 9. It's very challenging to pay your 2nd-year fees in Germany due to the high cost of living.

you are right there. I have lived 38 years in Germany and can tell you that Germany is only interested in what foreigners can pay into their system. Their bureaucracy will try every trick in their books to make foreigners pay right from denying rightful benefits you are entitled to after paying into the system like unemployment benefits, health benefits etc to trying to get money on whatever you earn in India, your savings , inheritance etc etc. You pay taxes as a highly paid skilled worker on almost everything. In Frankfurt you are charged 0,50 EUR per 100 cubic metres of rainwater falling on your roof which is calculated for one full year even though it does not rain the whole year round. Argument given is that the rain water eventually flows into their drainage system .I would say skilled workers need to stay and develop their own countries so that german industries due to their demographic problems are forced to relocate to other Lands.

@@IntisarDiary to tell you the truth I would leave the shithole that it is if they are ready to payme back what I paid into their system during the 38 years with interest at any moment. Ney even if I leave the country they would still tax me as they consider pensions to be earned in Germany. It is a good country for the low paid workers and muslims who are go0od at only producing children for the sake of benefits but definitively not for highly paid skilled workers.

Hello! I have an EU Blue Card, and the remarks on it state "18B ABS.2." However, on the official website, it mentions that the fast-track process [PR in 21 months (with B1) or 27 months (with A1)] is applicable to people with "18g" Blue card. Is it true that only holders with "18g" are eligible for the fast track, or can any Blue Card holder apply if they meet the necessary requirements? Thanks!

1st complete your btech then immediately start to prepare ielts as IELTS is not mandatory in most universities but for the visa, you'll need an ielts certificate. Try to get 7 bands overall so you can be eligible for a scholarship there. As you get your degree, ask transcript from your college. Keep Ready all the required documents and letters too for the APS Certificate.

Shilpa mam i have been your subscriber for 3 years now. I left germany in 2022 November after living/working in IT(softwareentwikler) there for 10 months with my wife on ICT Visa and since then I have been working in India. The reason why I left germany was because I wasnt able to call my parents for long term at that time because this law wasnt passed. Now If i apply for a job from India to Germany that gets me a Blue Card, will i be eligible for this parents long term visa rule?
