Decrease caps at the age of 40, and the players dont retire if they have a high ovrll I created a whole team with my family members on, and the oldest player started with 30 ish years. He ended up with 99 ovr so he was around 39 years and he had 81. Then Lionel Messi retired at 37, two years before, and he had 71 ovr. Making me think that the ovr is a great factor in the time when players retire, even bigger than age
