I think it shows that the community has grown up, I got the flash of nostalgia that I remember when success was achieved or the agony when the season ended in failure, but then I didn’t get the craving to go back and watch that content again because I have grown and moved on from it.

Pay to win has made EA a lot more money, with new promos and things like that. But old FIFA was more fun as it was more about playing with friends rather than paying your way to be good. FIFA youtube mirrors the game in the way that it was at its peak before all the pay to win promos that have killed the fun in the game

From KSI creating fifa content, through you, THE NIRANGATANG, doing academy to glory videos to now. You've said it, a lot of people grew out of fifa and creating fifa content. Some people stopped playing games altogether, others switched the game (like me), others did something else (like ftw and sidemen) and others evolved in fifa (like Matt). I think Fifa has evolved to a point where young and even older fans don't really want to watch it anymore as well as KZbin and streaming not catering to that content anymore. Angryginge and Filly making a pro-clubs series which is streamed and cut down to videos is probably the best Fifa content in a long time. It has the banter, collabs, storyline and fits the modern style of content creation.

My biggest problem with Fifa or FC today is actually the menus and the fact that EA just copy-pasted the game when they FINALLY had a chance to completely rebrand and remodel the game. The menus are slow, the game crashes every game session at least once or twice and it's full of glitches. The amount of content in the game isn't actually that bad. But the game being slow, glitchy and the gameplay not being as good as it used to just ruins it for me. This gets reflected in the content that we see on KZbin. Over half of FUT content is just menu content because the gameplay is crap, we watch youtubers open a few packs, do some SBC's, flex their squads or rewards etc. When Noahsnoah did his road to Division 1 series back in Fifa 22 and 23, it was a breath of fresh air. The editing style and humour in his videos are very good and the series is bingeable. Too bad he doesn't make these videos anymore. But it did give some new creators like Chuffsters, Razz and FutCrunch a lot of inspiration to make good videos. It's always gonna happen that creators move on from their content to do other things. I also recently switched careers to become a teacher. It's more important that these creators just do what they enjoy, and to hear that most of these are doing very well for themselves, makes me very happy.

Man there were so many good fifa yters back in the day. I never really liked fut and never played it myself, i mostly played career or tournaments and as far as online, i played seasons or coop or sometimes friendly matches against friends or randoms. I watched career mode series mostly but some fut ones were quite fun. Ksi had a lot of awesome funny ones back in the day but nowadays it's just not as popular anymore as what it used to be and now u have the whole esports and streaming stuff. Most people still call it FIFA instead of FC because that sounds way better and we were used to the name FIFA for decades.... even tho they have better graphics now, a lot of people prefered older games and found them way better than whats left of it now.
