Jess all you need are those walking sticks! We really wanted to see the northern lights when we went to Finland but they never showed so this is another thing that is on my bucket list!

You're somewhere, but not over the rainbow. : ))) The park you visited is RANG-g'l Saint ee-LIE-us. It's too bad you've had so much cloudy, rainy weather. I drove up there in '84, was gone 31 days, and I had one night when my tent got rained on. Either way, Alaska is spectacular. All the time I've spent up north, even above the Arctic Circle, I've not seen the Northern Lights.
