Recently, I went back to watch an older interview of Flyleaf (right around the time I'm So Sick started to hit the airwaves), and, I don't want to sound weird but, her aura was extremely dark. Something about the atmosphere or something made it seem like she wasnt in a very good place. and now watching this, She seems so bright and happy. Like she is walking on clouds in the big, bright blue sky.

I doubt I will ever watch Flyleaf without Lacey. Once Lacey get's that boy raised to the right age, I wonder if she will ever be interested in touring again. I am a drummer (and a good sound guy), so if Flyleaf will not have her back if and when she wants to sing again, then there are other choices. I know this is going to sound real weird, and it is nothing against the current band, but I feel like watching someone else in her place would be cheating. I simply cannot do it. I know I am not obviously married to her, but it is so happy (for her to have that handsome little boy), yet so sad to see her go, if that makes any sense. She has been so inspirational to me. Good luck to you, Mrs. Sturm. I hope the best for the new Flyleaf.

She has been singing and playing shows since Jack - her first - was a few months old. She mainly does small events where she talks about how God saved her, and then sings a few songs backed by her husband playing an acoustic guitar. She toured in 2013 (doing what I just described) - a few weeks after having her second son, Arrow. She actually has a new band that's temporarily called "Lacey". They started actively playing shows in July, and did a mini tour in October. They should be recording an album under Universal soon...
