The tool is also known as a sewing tracing wheel or a pounce wheel.

Thanks man for the video, I am doing a 70 inch zirolli P47 razorback and I need retracts and tires for it. Where do I go for decent quality. I can only find the JP vrand retracts and I am of the opinion that those are trash ass parts.

its 'hangar 9' with an 'A'. for..hangar.. a 'hanger' is a booger off the end of your nose.
