Got me in trouble at a drag race event. Was flying my Mini 2 taking cinematic shots and photos without trouble and 2 minutes after taking off the Avata over the PA system they said whoever has the drone needs to stop flying or get kicked out. I’m paraphrasing but needless to say it was landed and put back in my truck. It’s a pretty heavy drone mainly because of the battery. And with the ability to easily hit 50 mph those motors are WORKIN.

I've had my avata for like 3 months now and just yesterday I found out that you can adjust the vertical take off and landing speeds and yaw speed in settings. It was set to 0.5 meters per second which made it go up down yaw left and right very slowly. I bumped those settings to max and now it hauls a$$ in all directions even in sport mode.

@@vesperion5789 swipe right on goggles, then enter settings, there are motion controls. there you can adjust maximum speeds for normal and sport mode

I have found it there a while ago. what you can adjust is the movement of the avata when controlled with the little joystick located on the top of the motion controller. I dont know where it is exactly in the settings but just look through it a bit. if you cant find it just comment back and ill have a look.

As someone who has never flown a drone before I decided to buy this as my first drone and honestly I like this controller now keep in mind I had never flown a drone up until 2 days ago when my avata arrived and Im doing great as a beginner with this controller. Definitely wanna invest in one of the regular controllers tho.

You have to change the hemisphere settings. It’s prob set to SH if you’re in the northern hemisphere. Or it’s set to NH if you’re south. Hope this helps!

Not even close to all that does 😂😂😂😂 it’s using gyroscopes and accelerometers to precisely calculate what the drone is to do. This is far more sensitive to your movements and you can get better more natural control of it over a regular drone radio which is an awkward pain in the ass to use.
