Yes, standard Lavaliere… will work. As of now there is No smart tech inside to pair it to only one device.

No, not every standard Lav will work, at least not with the DJI Mic ver 1 - its known that many have interference issues or strait up dont work sometimes. The closest have been the Shure MVL or the Power-Dewise Lav - but hopefully this lav mic by dji works with the first version​@moneyboys2010
