Just the same as the lovely dH Chipmunk, except the entry speeds. Pre-roll pitch up about the same (15 degrees). Aileron roll (or barrel) entry about 110 knots, loop about 130 knots. Stall turn (hammerhead in the US?) about 140. Best fun you can have!

Any advice for overcoming motion sickness in the beginning of training?

In USAF UPT they used to make students that had that problem ride the Bernie Chair (spelling may be wrong). Doing that would make them motion sickness proof.
