I'm flying the Rush 6. Totally agree with your review. Thanks.

The Rush 6 is a beautiful wing and climbs on half bar. Amazing in thermals. I love it. Thanks Greg Frank Manning Ireland.

Can't decide between the Rush 6 and the older Rush 5... I've heard they're quite different. I have a Rush 3 that I use to motor occasionally and I LOVE how slow and efficient it is compared to my reflex gliders, but it's very old and I need to replace it... Which do you think is better for XC flights and occasional motoring?

Have you ever tried the Swift 6 or Alpina 4? Would love to see a review of these Gliders. Thank you so much for your work. By far the best Glider reviews out there :)

Great review thanks Greg. I have been flying the Rush 6 for over 1 year. Flying weight 90kg to 91kg on a MS (cert up to 95KG). I ALWAYS need to pump out the big ears every time. Is this unusual? Thanks

Also flying the Rush 6, that's normal but no big deal some people even like it.

I have the same on Ozone Buzz 6, always need to work a bit to get the ears out, I kind of like it. The way they Stay in without having to golf the lines…

I’m really interested in the swift 6. Imagine it would be very similar in handling
@browntrousersmoment Жыл бұрын
I my opinion no, light weight wings are more busy.
@SkidzFPV Жыл бұрын
@@browntrousersmoment i would figure that a lightweight wing would be more “busy” maybe moving around a bit more. But funny thing is someone told me that the swift was actually more comfortable than the rush, he said it was like it had “shock absorbers” which didn’t really make sense to me, I would imagine that the light weight would possibly be a little rougher.
@SkidzFPV Жыл бұрын
@@browntrousersmoment oh and I just meant I would imagine it would handle similar being the same wing basically except for weight, but less weight seems to move around more, I don’t know, I’m just going back and forth on what my next wing will be. I want light weight for hiking, but heavier weight wing I would think would feel more solid, if that makes sense
@cabanford Жыл бұрын
The lightweight wings move more (I'd say "twitchy" as opposed to busy) but less far (a bit less mass moving around). Just my 2¢

Interesting, is your R6 one of the earlier manufacturing runs before they switched to the Fidlock mechano-magnetic poppers with swivels on the brake toggles? I really enjoyed my R6, sold it to help fund the purchase of my Swiftsix. It was a solid wing great performance reassuring in turbulence, good passive recovery from deflations. It's got a good home with a pilot in California who is really enjoying it.

Bonjour, merci pour les vidéos. Je n'ai pas retenu l'info concernant le positionnement de dans la fourchette de poids de la voile , c'est intéressant à connaitre. Sinon la musique sur la vidéo est pas top... et trop forte c'est sur.

Is Nova Mentor 7 Light faster?
@Mountain_Manu Жыл бұрын
yes definitely
@AMJB100000000 Жыл бұрын
Greg said the rush 6 is + 14kmh on full bar and the nova mentor 7 is + 16kmh.. which is an overall better glider would be good to know.. the m7 light is way over priced imo so it would be interesting to compare
