FM Stereo encoder project part 1

Here is a short video of my latest project. Introducing my new FM Stereo Encoder (part 1). This project is based around the available PIRA CZ FM Stereo Encoder kit.

One of my passion is repair of vintage radios. Mostly AM but some FM too.. Since I already had a good RF generator capable of AM and FM (both mono) that had an external modulation input, I needed a way to be able to generate stereo signals out of the FM output. That's exactly what this box does. In fact the inside circuit amplifies small signals connected to its input AND can generate 500hz tones on each Left or/and Right channels. The pilot and final MPX levels can also be tweaked by means of a front potentiometers. The MPX output is then connected to my RF generator external mod input.
