Faliure mode effects analysis (FMEA) is such an innovative and rarely known technique of avoiding any discrepancies or mishaps during stage shows or anywhere else. The one thing that is always associated with any problem is "fear". And this fear is often vague and unknown because we don't give enough time to think about the fear or its root cause but rather fall pray to it and try to give up too easily.
