FME Tutorials: Automating Workflows from Survey123 to ArcGIS using FME Server

Is it possible to automate a workflow using FME Desktop only? Can you use a webhook with a workspace, and say check for a newly submitted survey every 1hr, if there is a new survey process it? I am competent using Windows Task Scheduler to automate the triggering of a FME Workspace, but I have never looked into connecting our FME to the survey123 website before. Has anyone attempted this kind of thing before?

While FME Desktop wouldn't be able to access Survey 123 directly, it would be able to access the Feature Layer the Survey 123 writes to. You could use the ArcGIS online reader to read in records every hour and push the data to a new source using Windows Task Scheduler. The advantage of using FME Server to complete this task is FME Server has additional logging capabilities so you can keep track of what was run and share workflows with other users.
