Sir in mobitz -II ..you said problem is in BOH, but sir SA node is firing at normal rate, if suddenly any beat of SA node doesn't conduct to Ventricle thn why PR interval prolonged that much ..AV node is normal also...you said if any bundle of his get defected the rhythm is control by purkinji...but why ? SA node is normal, y not SA node will determine the rate

Sir I have attended your lecture on CHF , sir you said in HFpEF k causes HCM, HTN ... reason is LVH which results in dilatation of LV and eventually reduced compliance and contractility ..so sir my doubt is if contractility and compliance is reducing than EF should reduce na..and also pulmonary edema bhi hoga..toh why we put it this category and not HFrEF... Sir please clear this concept that how we actually divide them in this category
