Sir regarding siezure question... boy was having GTCS.. Valproate was one of the drugs given Does the answer change or is the initial drug still diazepam??

It is unlikely that Both options are given. Still it is Paladai >> Spoon feeding

Sir is it diazepam or phenobarbitone. If we give diazepam in Intial management we can have respiratory depression ? Kindly explain sir ?

Actually pedia's question is not so hard, yes the almost questions were clinical but not so hard as I watched this vedio

Even it is not hard there is no time to read all the questions and look at the pictures and make a decision when there is 250± long questions out of 300..

@@og7273 yes I am agree with u ,even exam also wouldn't complete in tha time ,I didn't took yet any MCI exam but according to this now I know I have to do prepar to my self, but one thing to all I would like to say guys we r going to do practice now we r not going to learn now after pass the exam we will the doctor not a student anymore.there is not a small doubt that the same question will b ur same patient than how will you treatmemt of them or will say oh sorry patient I didn't know what is ur problem I need to learn yet because I never saw ur type case, don't make a lol to urslef guys. Take exam and do preparation like u r Doc. And the questions cake in exam like a patient. I think m not wrong

@@r.k.4096 Yeah you think you are right.. just try to recall you final year exam.. if it was like this how would you do??? fmge is an exam for final year students who just finished their course.. not for pg.. it should be basic just a screening exam not a competitive type and everybody knows you can't assess someone's clinical skills just by giving them exam.. and with 1 minute per question can't even read it correctly and absorb all the points.. and not giving enough time to make a decision!!! Screening should only have screening standards!!!
