Everywhere, in recall sessions i am seeing - They were telling about HOMONYMOUS HEMOANOPIA. But i can clearly recall, its HETERONYMOUS HEMIANOPIA with MACULA SPARING

I believe and as much i can recall, it was mentioned in the question. And the options were little different this time. Though the word "light" existed in the question, but Accomodation does not, rather they used different words in place of accomodation. Whatever the case is - Its Argyll Robertson Pupil. I believe
