To all my brothers and sisters, pls be aware that some universities (agencies) in Philippines had planned to prepare a pre - enrollment document for AB/BS course students inorder to save those students from the new rules and guidelines from NMC, who will/are actually gonna to be enrolled officially from university after Nov 18, 2021. So this indirectly means that, the agencies doesn’t want to their business, at the same time, this move also puts a student in a difficult situation, for instance if NMC or MCI notices this keenly it may lead to forgery on a particular student only and agency may easily escape from this trap by loop holes in our Indian government. So students don’t loose your career by getting involved in this cheap act. If u feel uncomfortable pls withdraw from your respective university(if u are enrolled after 18 Nov 2021 / going to be enrolled after 18 Nov 2021/ illegally pre- enrolled before 18 Nov 2021) , All the best for your future and God bless you all.

Philippines 🇵🇭 has 48 months (4 years) of MD. But, this regulation says minimum of 54 months is required. It means upcoming Philippines students will be not eligible for applying PERMANENT REGISTRATION. They have to apply for PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION and undergo 1 year of extra internship in India. Almost the same with what we call MBBS This is nothing new. Tamilnadu and many other states notified same last year of minimum of 54 months criteria. Uv gullas college of medicine BS and MEDICINE course has a total duration of 66 months. All local and international students including Indians are conferred with the same degree with the final year reffered to as clinical clearkship; the program confrims to the international standards of medical education. Sir course duration is 54 months sir not 54 weeks.students should choose a country where they get permission to do internship and accepted to practice in same country where they get primary medical degree will be recognised in india .beacuse many countries don't allow foreign students to get registered in the country where they study. 54 months is the latest requirement so medical course should be 4.5 years minimum duration +1year internship as done in india . Pre medical not included in medical course duration.

If u guys wanted to study abroad without neet , then make sure to obtain certain degrees like mrcs/ mrcem / mrcog / mrcp , etc , to secure good recognition and backup option . I won't guide anyone based on Indian routes . So need to plan accordingly and select the pathway of recognition according to countries of graduation , not country of origin. If you select Russia , then minimum qualification to be obtained is ordinatura ( clinical residency) + 3 years of work experience + data flow verification for middle east countries( phd + 6 years of experience for middle East countries) , phd with language proficiency for european union and Latin American countries required . I won't suggest indian routes , as many doctors may have a big gap or interruption between academic year and internship for fmge examination preparation . In such a case you can't even change the country easily due to interruption . So planning is very important .

If u have completed your internship in abroad no need of doing internship in india. For example, if u study in abroad and u didn't do your internship in abroad in that case u have to do ur internship in india for 12 months. That was the new rule give by Central and TN

As we r Fmg in Russia we will get hospital practice in India or our own university of 180hrs in each sem Or once in a year but that not included as internship that's a clinical training what Indian student doing from 2nd yr onwards.From 4th year we have clinical subjects as cycle so that we will have cycles along with hospital rotation that will be consider as internship in Russia .The internship is calculate from 5 and 6th year of our course and 5 and 6th year we will have most of the classes and practice in. Hospital that equal to 12 months of internship in India so far. May be according to this university. May made some changes in curriculum. After this acadamic year only we will. Know about it.
