It's because Son Ye Jin controls herself more and steals quick glances at him secretly so it's less obvious that she has feelings for him. Their Negotiation director said Hyun Bin likes her more than she likes him probably because Hyun Bin is so blatantly obvious that he's smitten with her and forgets he's on camera and just stares at her all the time. Son Ye Jin does a good job of being low key while it's written on Hyun Bin's face lol.

All I want is just her happiness, she has been working very hard for 20 years and now I wish she could have someone to lean on.
