You can think of movement ops like gambling. Let’s say Foxy’s number is 1. The only way the animatronic can move to his next phase is by rolling a lower number. So the movement opportunity is where the game rolls a number for this character. Any number higher than the AI means it is a failed movement op. Any number lower means it’s a success, and using FNAF1 as an example- Foxy, when having a success, will peek out of the curtain a bit more. These ‘rolls’ rely on a timer, so they will be rolled every few seconds to a minute depending on how high a level. Higher “AI” typically means there’s a higher number, therefore higher success rate, along with faster rolls. hope that wasn’t confusing!!
