There is a theory that in the game you are playing as the kid in a coma. He's trapped in a nightmare on a hospital trying not to be killed by the animatronics. At the end of the game you do hear a beeping noise that you would hear at a hospital as well. This could mean the child is slowly dying from being bitten in the head by Fredbear. This is just a theory proven by another youtuber.
