Neat how the “reluctant follower” killed her oppressor. If this ending is the canon ending I guess this means Glitchtrap and Mimic are different as well, because this wouldn’t really mean anything for the lore if they were the same as this wouldn’t do anything to the Mimic.

Okay, so the secret ending takes place at the end of security breach because vanny got free in the princess quest ending that means help wanted 2 takes place at the end of security breach but before ruin if this ending is Canon

We know it happens before Ruin. The Shattered Roxy minigame proves this, so does the theater food prep level, and the Hard Mode Arts and Crafts level. The reasons are as follows We give Shattered Roxy the mask she wears in Ruin. The theater level uses Shattered Chica instead of Ruined Chica And Hard A&C shows Sun out so he was not yet trapped in his "Nap" like he was in Ruin.

This isn't William, this is a Mimic program mimicking William. William himself only "died" twice. Once in the springlock failure, and once in the FNAF 6 fire.

Remember this game happens between Ruin and the main SB game. This means that this ending happens after Vanessa is released from Glitchtraps control. So either this is just a metaphorical way of saying Glitchtrap is gone, or that Vanny is now the villain. I say that because it’s not like the main game where Vanessa immediately drops the mask and runs off with Gregory, in this ending Vanny is still Vanny. This could tie with the fire escape ending, where when Freddy pushes Vanny off the cliff, another Vanessa is up top of the building. Could be a reverse scenario, where Vanessa has been released but Vanny has stuck around. Either this is a whole separate person or Vanessa has another personality entirely.

And Gregory in Ruin hints that he and Vanessa made MXES and its design is a rabbit and there's new Vanny graffiti at the Mega Pizzaplex. So due to us knowing Vanessa is freed and we see these other details, that kinda leads to the conclusion that Vanessa is using the Vanny identity for good now. Not saying it's factual, but that's kinda the reason why the majority believes this.

Mimic is more important than Freddy and William at this point, at least to the new story since essentially everything happening can be traced back to him in some way. Even aside from that, Mimic’s origins predate everything else in this franchise by a while and he’s appeared in way more stuff than William and Freddy.
