"Here we make children look beautiful, presentable, and socially acceptable." Did- did she just roast Cassie? (Hear me out. Cassie got her makeup done on her birthday and was apparently lonely on her birthday. She looked beautiful in her makeup and probably was trying to look presentable to her 'friends'. Apparently she was not socially acceptable enough for those 'friends' and therefore her birthday party failed. Roxy seems to display not only her own self-esteem issues in that line but also Cassie's. It's most likely that Roxy saw her insecurities through Cassie. Just something that I thought of when I heard that line-)
