I think garret was the cupcake, it would explain why mike was able to kick it off his leg, the other guy couldn't even come close to getting it off his face, plus it would explain why mike was able to open the door in the foxy chase scene, if garret was a spirit in the build he could potentially be stuck between sticking with his friends or helping his brother

It's like Gregory was designed as a robot by William who was missing his son and Micheal who died below the pizzeria was missing since he possessed Freddy. But who knows? All we know is pixels and easter eggs so we don't know anything about it. Remember, scott himself said Matpat guessed most of the lore. And this is one of his theories so it has like a 30,40 chance to be true. The puppet seems dead and kicking in that blob. So Charlie could not have been Freddy. It has like a 5-10 percent chance.
