I love how people have the audacity to say "FNaF 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 are all Michael and maybe FNaF 4 as well." in the 'FNaF night guards react' videos. Only FNaF 5 is confirmed to be Michael in reality and the rest is speculation by connecting dots which may be misleading and most is what MatPat said. Not saying he's wrong, I watch his videos and theories on FNaF and sometimes feed my AU from the theories, including other theorists' speculations. I honestly believe Michael is the night guard in only FNaF 1 (Mike Schmidt), 5 (Mike/Michael) and 6 (brave volunteer which found the job not intended for them).

Fnaf 1 is probably Michael because the fired slip says bad smell and the name is mike. Fnaf 2 is probably Michael because the fired slip says bad smell and tampered with animatronics connecting the slip to Fnaf 1. Fnaf 3 is either Michael or henry because of the fire being suspected to be malicious. Fnaf 4 is about Michael because he draws Nightmare Fredbear in the security logbook. fnaf 5 is Michael because of his voice line. Fnaf 6 is probably Michael because of henry's voice line.

@@tinystar8459 FNaF 1 can be considered Michael and I believe so myself (the movie is 100% an alternative timeline so even if it seems like Mike Schmidt isn't Michael Afton in there, I believe it to be him in the game), I don't believe Michael is in FNaF 2 because as people mentioned, Fazbear Entertainment doesn't have good reasons to fire someone so they make things up and that's why it's repeated in both FNaF 1 and 2 cause both locations are ran by the company specifically. And bad smell isn't a proper reason if you ask me. I believe Fritz Smith to be William because I believe he tempered with the toy animatronic's eyes technology so they wouldn't recognize him as a threat while he commits the second incident, FNaF 3 I believe for it to be Henry because he tried to burn down the place where William was to get rid of him, but the exits weren't securely closed so Springtrap (William) was able to make his escape, in FNaF 4 I believe it to be both Michael and the Crying Child. I believe both experienced nightmares, but Michael experienced them much later as we know while Crying Child experienced them until he died in the coma. In FNaF 5 it's outright confirmed to be Michael due his voiceline as you mentioned, and in FNaF 6 I believe it to be Michael because Henry mentions that the job was not intended for him. It was intended for a random person that wants to cooperate with his plan. That's why an escape was planned. It was for the brave volunteer who was willing to help him. So in the end Henry assumed Michael would stay regardless if there's a planned exit for him. Though, we aren't sure if he did escape in the end or not.
