Gregory said 'we can't risk being followed', he could have meant the Mimic or whatever the hell possessed Cassie because there's no way she could have worn Vanny's mask for so long without being possessed/controlled by something. Gregory could have betrayed Cassie, yes, but he had no choice, he had to make a decision and let not only the Mimic be released on the surface, but also the entity that is with Cassie through the mask (entity who may even gain control over Freddy himself if Cassie reunites with Gregory). So it's unfair to just call Gregory a traitor when there's a lot going on and he's also witnessed the horrors of the Pizzaplex and knows what will happen to other kids if the Mimic and possibly Vanny/Burntrap escape with her. Gregory had to make a difficult decision and sacrifice his friend who only had the bad luck of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

It's some sort of escapism method, they couldn't outrun the Mimic, so they put on the mask to see what they actually wished to see, the voice was probably the Mimic's, too.

alright here's my theory - the next game Will Involve Fredbear's Family Diner, so throughout the Game we find posters and stuff relating to it, but we never actually get to see it, however during a Q@A Dawko had with Steel Wool, he asked about it, and they didn't say YES or NO to it appearing in game, they just said "It Exists In the Lore!" and with the secret ending being accessible via a Fredbear Cutout, and Gregory saying " I found a place to hide" I feel that somewhat confirms it.

I think the mimic is burnt rap because I can see to the jumps are brown or grey something to his mount just look like burn traps color and if I’m wrong it can be a endo skeleton which is the old one from the old fnaf that burn to the ground and I think Vanessa and with Gregory and because Freddy have no head because in the true ending we see Vanessa Gregory and Freddy’s head goes away to the pizza plex and become ruin and I think if Scott still creates more fnaf then i think sun/moon will find the escape with the others and they will try to find Gregory and maybe they will forgive me but sadly fnaf will be dead in the future 😢

The best ending is canon, Gregory took Freddy’s head and his body was left to decompose. Freddy’s head still has his friendly personality, but his body become a separate entity.

Prologue (1951-1982) 1951: a boy who is 7 named William afton went to a circus and saw a dancing bear in the circus tent which impressed William and has an idea on making it something for guests to enjoy. 1956: William afton met a beautiful girl named Julie afton who loves the circus bear and has beautiful friendship with William. 1962: William afton madr drawings of a bear, a bunny, a chicken, and a fox hanging out with each pther and going on adventures. 1967: William afton becomes friends with Henry Emily. 1969: Michael afton was born. 1970: Fazbear entertainment was established. 1972: William and Henry opened up Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria and Fredbear's family diner. 1973: Elizabeth afton and Charlotte Emily were born. 1975: William afton opened up circus babies pizzeria and circus babies rental for his daughter Elizabeth to love and for guests to buy their own animatronics. Michael afton made 3 friends Andrew, Jeremy, and the phone guy. 1977: Evan Afton was born. 1978: a 2nd Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria with toy animatronics were opened. 1981: the pizzerias became a huge success which William afton is proud of and his wife and 3 children were happy of his ideas. Fazbear incidents (1983-1993) May 1983: evan afton was experiencing nightmares of animatronics attacking him inside his room. July 1983: evan was turning 6 at Fredbear's family diner. Michael afton was eating pizza with his 3 friends. Andrew asks if he could pull a prank on his brother Evan by kissing fredbear. Unfortunately Michael afton accidentally kills Evan in Fredbear's mouth and he died from his injuries after its mouth crushed his head. Evan Afton's soul started to possess the golden Freddy animatronic. October 1983: Julie afton Left Michael, Elizabeth, and William afton behind and died in a car crash. February 1985: William afton started to go crazy and blamed Fazbear entertainment for the deaths of his son Evan and wife Julie. May 1985: 5 kids were enjoying the entertainment at Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria to see the animatronics performing on the stage. A guy in a springbonnie suit lures the kids in the storeroom and revealed himself as William afton. He killed 5 kids and Golden Freddy (Evan afton) lays gifts next to the corpses and inside were animatronics and the souls took over the animatronics to get revenge on William. August 1985: Henry Emily installed a security puppet to protect his daughter Charlotte Emily from harm. William afton disguised as springbonnie lured her out of the pizzeria into a backlot and killed her. Her soul possessed the puppet. April 1986: Elizabeth afton went with her father William afton to circus babies pizzeria to see circus baby. Circus baby gives Elizabeth afton an ice cream which she really love. Elizabeth afton was clawed in the animatronic and died. The animatronics were moved to circus babies rental after that. June 1986: Michael afton went to circus babies rental to find his sister Elizabeth afton. He listened to a recording back in 1975 about the circus baby animatronic and witnessed 2 technicians getting killed by one of the animatronics. Michael afton was scooped by ennard but survived due to remnants from the scooper. June 1987: William afton kills 5 more kids at the 2nd Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria. Golden Freddy (Evan afton) ressurected the kids in the toy animatronics making them aggressive to security guards and calm to guests and families. Jeremy was bitten by mangle and died from his injuries. July 1993: Michael afton was hired as a nightguard at the first Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria as a nightguard to patrol the office. Michael afton was fired for tampering with the animatronics and odor. The phone guy died. October 1993: William afton returned to the pizzeria to destroy the animatronics thinking it will kill the souls. The souls were released from the animatronics instead and golden Freddy (Evan afton) appeared. William afton ran into the storeroom an found his springbonnie suit and hides in it. William afton was springlocked in the springbonnie suit and died from the springlocks. The souls of the 5 kids William killed and Evan afton were released to heaven. Michael afton and the puppet (Charlotte Emily) were both Happy the souls of 5 missing kids and Evan afton were released to heaven and William afton being springlocked. Michael afton and the puppet (Charlotte Emily) started living in shadows at the underground facility. Freddy's fright attraction and Freddy Fazbear's pizza place (July 2023- October 2023) July 2023: the former owners of Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria opened a fright attraction that talks about the Fazbear incidents in 1983-1993. The springbonnie animatronic came to life and started terrorizing guests and summoned phantom animatronics. Michael afton and the puppet (Charlotte Emily) saw on the news that William afton is alive as a monster. Michael afton burns the attraction down but springtrap survives it. October 2023: Michael afton and the puppet (Charlotte Emily) met Henry emliy who opened Freddy Fazbear's pizza place by himself in a plan to stop Williams madness and Free the souls. Henry burns the pizza place down and dies along with Michael, the puppet (Charlotte Emily) , and the animatronics. Fnaf help wanted, special delivery, and curse of dreadbear dlc (2031) June 2031: a woman named Vanessa who works as a janitor at Freddy's funtime complex was tested on a vr simulator game that talks about the Fazbear incidents in 1983-1993 and 2023. August 2031: Vanessa was transferred to Freddy Fazbear's pizzaplex as a security guard. Fnaf security breach (May 2034) 14 kids were enjoying the entertainment at Freddy Fazbear's pizzaplex seeing the glamrock animatronics sing. The entity possessed the animatronics except for glamrock Freddy. Vanessa is possessed by the entity as well and dressed as vanny. She killed 13 kids in the lost and found room, except Gregory who hid inside glamrock Freddys stomach. Gregory and Freddy makes a plan to survive. Vanessa arrives back to the pizzaplex no longer possessed by the entity and found Gregory inside. Vanessa, Gregory, and glamrock Freddy left the pizzaplex and started a new life together. Fnaf security breach ruins dlc (August 2034) A girl named Cassie entered the pizzaplex when mimic used his Gregory voice on the walkie talkie to lure her in. She found a vanny mask and was terrorized by creepy animatronics and the entity. She went into the elevator and was injured and unconscious but survived. Roxy found her and escaped the pizzaplex. Cassie woke up outside the pizzaplex and found Vanessa, freddy, and Gregory. Cassie is happy to see them and Roxy apologized to Gregory and Freddy for the way she acted. Cassie, Vanessa, freddy, Gregory, and Roxy lived happily together as a beautiful family. What do think abot this timeline and story?
