I don't know why people keeps on saying that it is the bite of 87 not 83. It doesn't make any sense, fnaf 4 takes place four years before the events of fnaf 2 (where the bite of 87 really happened).

Yee, wouldn’t there also be new’s of it too? For both bite’s, each would be known. Plus it’s only been 4 year’s going by the year’s said in the game’s. F.N.A.F.4 had a cartoon called FredBear & no friend’s which is said to be in 1983. F.N.A.F.S.L reinforce this by having a secret office which is connected to the FunTime auditorium, which take’s place in Night 5. There 3 monitor’s, pressing the code “1983” and the monitor’s will show the F.N.A.F.4 night bedroom’s. So F.N.A.F.4 take’s place in 1983. F.N.A.F.2 has the pay-check which say’s 1987. The Mangle’s jumpscare’s has him opening his jaw wide. Plus the name The Bite of 87, I think connect’s it well. Also in F.N.A.F.2, the Toy animatronic’s are said by Phone Guy to walk around during the day (isn’t that neat?) This is referenced in F.N.A.F.1 by Phone Guy, that “They used to walk around during the day too, but then there was The Bite of 87. In F.N.A.F.1 (which take’s place after F.N.A.F.2) is were Phone Guy mention’s The Bite of 87. He never mention’s this in F.N.A.F.2. There has to be new’s on the event’s, so people would have to know on what happen’s to the fate of the victim’s from the bite’s, so if the company is lying, they would be in trouble and corrected. Phone Guy shouldn’t be lying about this if F.N.A.F.4 bite was The Bite of 87, cause people would have to know through the new’s. He say’s the guy can live without a frontal lobe, meaning the person is alright but is missing a part of his brain (painful). This is my reasoning.
