@@MackGall Nope, Cassidy is actually keeping him alive, because well, he killed her, so she is angry and is keeping him akive.

​@@BoxtorBonnie I've never seen Scott or any of his offical work ever state that. Not even once. In the other universes it is stated that he does use remnant to keep himself alive. And why would Cassidy keep him alive after Fazbear's Frights burns down? Cassidy doesn't want him to have the chance to go down the street killing lots of innocent people anymore. She does keep him alive in UCN but he was so badly injured and probably remnant drained by that point. He only had thin layers of flesh, punctured organs, and serve bruns all over. So she did keep him alive after he was functionless, but she didn't allow him to survive until then because it doesn't make any sense. Plus, in The Silver Eyes, William didn't need Cassidy's help to survive his springlock failure or he second one, but he was fine anyway because of remnant. Based on all of the evidence from all official sources, my interpretation seems more accurate in my opinion.

@@MackGall Its most likely then him staying alive, because he is in pain for his whole life, he would rather going to hell or heaven then staying alive and being tortured by the children he killed.

@@BoxtorBonnie But he doesn't deserve to have that torture stop. He has permanently ruined countless lives and entire families, including his own. He never changes his evil ways, not even after being fully human, springlocked, burned and becoming Scraptrap, becoming Glitchtrap and becoming Burntrap (which he is canon but that's a long story that isn't relevant). He can never deserve redemption.
