Freddy's is kinda like Jurassic Park, no matter how many times it fails and how many people die in the process, they just won't stop trying to make it a thing. And yet, despite all odds, someone managed to take this dead franchise with a horrible track record and turn it into a successful mega corporation with pretty much a monopoly on children's entertainment. ...granted, they also revived a serial killer in the process, but that's just business.

The CEO of Fazbear Ent LLC deserves an award for reviving Fazbear Ent from the dead like a straight up Lich. They massively diversified the company by getting into; videogames, toys, tech, delivery, water, construction, fuel, and cleaning. This makes it so that Fazbear can take a hit and not fall apart. Old Fazbear only had the restaurants for major income and when those closed down it was a huge hit to them making so that they had to scale back, especially after the FNAF 2 location. Now if one of the businesses goes under Fazbear Ent LLC can rely on the other subsidiaries. Help Wanted was also a great move by "playing into the bit" Fazbear managed to muddy the past enough to the reverse their horrific public perception. Heck it's quite possible that Fazbear Ent LLC still exists past whatever ending in SB.

I was also always under the thought that William and Henry licensed multiple franchises that we don't hear about. It just seems unlikely that without another revenue stream they would be able to keep running with all the controversy. I don't think it ever plays in the main story and since they're franchises. William and Henry are hands off with the exception of providing the animatronics for a fee. They collect the franchise fees along with a percentage of the profits. That's how they're able to still operate. Also, how do they become so big? Certainly not thru just one or two failed pizza places. It's just not enough. They had to be super popular to get a show and merchandise. Certainly not locally either. It had to be nationwide.

I think Fazbear Ent. is established after Fredbears is opened, because why wouldn’t it be named Fredbear Ent. I believe Fredbears was just a local restaurant owned by Henry and Will before franchising and establishing Faz Ent. In 1983.

The earliest known piece of information on the Fazbear franchise is the black and white poster from SB. This poster tells us that at one point, Fredbear and Freddy Fazbear were actually the same character. Only later on were they split into two different characters. At first Fredbear was a brown bear with black Accessories, then when he was split he became a Yellow bear with black Accessories (Golden Freddy) and then finally he becomes a Yellow bear with purple Accessories (Fnaf 4/UCN fredbear) Basically "Fazbear Entertainment" could easily have been around from the very start, as the name has been a thing from day1

It could just be a visual choice, ( in-universe or IRL) or it means Fredbears was a family business. Most versions of the story point to Henry and/or William creating it themselves.

My version of my FNAF timeline (remade) April 1970: Fazbear entertainment was established by Henry and William. October 1983: William afton kills Charlotte Emily (Henry's daughter) outside of the pizzeria before possessing the puppet. November 1983: Evan afton (cc) died after his older brother Michael accidentally puts him in Fredbear's mouth. April 1985: William afton kills 5 kids at Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria and the puppet (Charlotte) and golden Freddy (Evan) ressurects the souls into the animatronics at Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria. May 1985: Elizabeth afton died after being clawed by circus baby. July 1985: Michael afton went to circus babies rental to find his sister Elizabeth afton. He was scooped by ennard but survived due to remnant from the scooper injected into him. June 1987: Michael was investigating the murders of 5 more kids and saw blood smeared on the floor of the pizzeria. Jeremy was bitten by mangle. July 1993: Michael afton worked five nights at Freddy Fazbear's pizzeria as a nightguard but was fired for tampering with the animatronics and odor. September 1993: William afton returns to the pizzeria to destroy the animatronics thinking it could kill the souls. The souls suddenly emerged out of the animatronics and chased William. He hides in a springbonnie suit but gets springlocked inside it to his demise. July 2023: Michael saw on the news that a monster animatronic named springtrap went on a rampage at Freddy's fright attraction. He went to the attraction and found springtrap and saw it was his father that was facing. He burns the attraction down but springtrap survives it. October 2023: springtrap becomes scraptrap and circus baby becomes scrapbaby. Michael meets the puppet, golden Freddy, and Henry and a plan to free the souls and kill William afton. Which succeeded. May 2024: a corpse was found in the rubble of the burnt pizza place. July 2024- September 2032: the events of FNAF help wanted and special delivery happened. June 2033: the events of FNAF security breach happened. August 2033: the events of FNAF security breach ruins happened.

Very interesting. That's a lot of stuff. Thank you for pulling that all together. I'll also add that I've wondered for some time now about Stu Leonards. This an American North Eastern grocery store chain that exists in the real world. It has animatronics in the shopping aisle to keep the kiddies entertained while you shop. I've only been a couple of times, but it's an experience. But my thoughts occasionally wander to if Freddy's could do something similar? With all the subsidiaries and products, maybe they should set one there?

Cool video idea! And nice job covering everything. Pizzeria Simulator is such a pyramid scheme-- buy from our company and then buy MORE from us and use that to make money (or fail, not our problem if you fail)! I imagine that is how all their franchises work, such as the different restaurants seen in the Fazbear Frights books and implied in some of the games. It's cool we got to see that in action and really shows us how shady this company is even to its own restaurant mangers. The weirdest part of all this is how did Fazbear Ent. get so big again after FNAF 3... and then do it again after FNAF 6 when they were supposedly no longer a corporate entity. I guess we can blame Henry for the first time, he probably had loads of money to restart the whole thing and the motivation to blow it all on his crazy plan. There might even have been some parts of the company still producing things after the restaurants closed and before the horror attraction opened, just not using the Freddy's brand. The second resurgence just makes no sense, though. Fazbear Ent. is as bad as William with always coming back.

Hes a rude, greedy, wealthy liar who graduated college at 15, and lounges around his penthouse in an alligator skin chair. I feel like it’s possible that to start out the mediocre melodies weren’t a part of Fazbear. In the character encyclopaedia they are described as rip offs, if they were fazbear property from the start why would they rip themselves off? But since we see them associated with the fazbear name later down the line I believe fazbear entertainment brought the rights to the characters or brought the company they belonged to entirely.

This timeline could be shortened a bit, and solve some events by eliminating them entirely (the second Missing Child Incident with no names attached). Instead of opening a new establishment after the failure of Fredbear Family Diner with the Crying Child's death, Fazbear Entertainment instead Rebranded the site as the First Freddy Fazbear's, only for Charlotte Emily's death/killing to in turn kill business at the building. The Only Missing Children Incident occurs at the second Freddy Fazbear's Pizza (with the originals left in Parts and Service being possessed while the ones on stage are left alone). Going back to the Original Location because they still own it thus it's cheap. Also, a habit of Fazbear Entertainment seems to be Massive initial investment in assets but minimal to no money spent on maintenance/upkeep... Edit: The Fazbear Animatronics, the Springlocks, the Originals, and especially the Toys are decades more advanced then their contemporary Real World most advanced robots (Wabot-1, Wabot-2, Azimov). The Funtimes were basically something out of Battletech (artificial muscles with animatronic components inside exoskeletal shells), and it's telling that the Glamrocks circa 2030s were only incrementally improvements.

In the character Encyclopedia the location of FNAF2 is suggested to be "Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria", which is noted as not the same location as "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza" (FNAF1's location that was opened before 1983 as noted in the Character Encyclopedia pg. 8 &9).

Are you really arguing that the technology that Fazbear uses in creating the game is owned by Fazbear? Or that the merchandise is kept in-house instead of outsourced? Or that the company is selling their own candy instead of licensing their name? The whole point of FNAF 6 is that the company is selling licenses to franchisees. That's the entire opening video's purpose to explain. Also DLZ is just hired, they're part of the franchise just as much as DHL is part of LEGO or UPS is part of Nike. Also I'm pretty sure Charlie died before 1987 meaning the puppet was an already established animatronic in the Fazbear Empire by the time the second pizzeria was opened. The Mediocre melodies have Henry's design elements (similar to Left-E) which links them to him. Nedd bear & co. are called out several times to be a rip-off Fredbear which means Henry and William couldn't have started out as business partners, or else why would the Mediocres exist at all? Using Freddy's imagery is a tough one to make a case for. Freddy doesn't have purple decorations along their waist and I'm pretty sure Freddy isn't depicted without fingers. Especially given that the ticket is in a different language, I think Fazbear wouldn't have a leg to stand on here. Besides, if the company that is ripping off is small enough to not be noticed they can get away with flying under the radar for quite a while. El Chip being used later in the franchise could simply be an acquiring of the character which Fazbear would be very interested in especially considering that the original characters are linked to several murders and tragedies. I could be wrong but I don't remember getting definitive confirmation that the books are canon for the games yet, so I'd be hesitant to say anything about them, especially considering the lack of giant baobab trees in the middle of the pizza plex.

@@johnathanhenderson256 tales from the pizzaplex also implies the mimic shows himself as a white tiger. Instead the mimic in SB ruin specifically does NOT use a tiger as a costume. They also mention a language that is used to communicate with the Mimic programming by David and Edwin which is supposed to contain "squiggles, loops, squares and triangles within triangles" and as far as I see it the wall code in SB only contained one of those, not all 4, and that's if you squint at it. While it might be possible to avoid using a singular letter or perhaps two when composing a single sentence, I doubt that there's a language that allows one to communicate a full paragraph without using almost 3/4 of the symbols involved in the alphabet. So I doubt that it's possible that this language and the Pizzaplex books languages are the same. There's probably more inaccuracies and inconsistencies that I am blanking on right now, but those two should be enough to be damning evidence against the canonicity of the new books to the game timeline.

Correction. Fnaf1 Freddy’s was not the restaurant that was closing down. Henry already bought up the company way before then and created the SL before 1983. The original Freddy’s closed down from the original incidents prior to fnaf2. Fnaf2 was the first game that indirectly mentioned about the Freddy’s franchise being bought out by a new owner. SL brought up the original closing of Freddy’s that led to fnaf2 and the Sister Location.

This is just a thing that I find strange but, why would they call Spring Bonnie that if it was the original? Like I understand Fredbear, cause they could have just named Freddy as "Freddy Fazbear" as a lengthened version of Fredbear's name but Spring Bonnie has a modifier like the toys do, why would SPRING Bonnie be the original if none of the toys were? The Funtime animatronics are a perfect example of this because they are almost exclusively referred to in-universe as the Funtimes by existing characters. The Glamrock animatronics also follow this. What I mean is that in Sister Location, for example, Circus Baby almost always refers to Freddy and Foxy in that game as Funtime Freddy and Funtime Foxy. It doesn't even always apply to the Glamrock animatronics because characters just refer to Freddy as Freddy, and not Glamrock Freddy. Point is, most of the time the modifier/title names to separate the characters by theme or group is just that, and not their actual "name." Like Toy Freddy in FNAF 2 is not canonically named "Toy Freddy," he is just Freddy Fazbear who happens to be a part of the toy line of animatronics, and the same goes for the others, with the main (if not only) exception completely canonically being Funtime Freddy and Foxy. To answer your question about Spring Bonnie being his name, I'm not sure, but my theory is that the OG name (even before the animatronics, when they just wore suits) was just Bonnie, making the original duo Fredbear and Bonnie. Then, when they were made into animatronics, the version that had springlocks was referred to as spring bonnie because it doubled as referring to the spring locks, as well as a connotation to spring (there are a lot of flowers and greenery in FNAF 4 minigames, implying it's around spring), which is my theory. There were also multiple versions of Spring Bonnie at some point, shown by evidence of Springtrap's designs as well as the books, so it's hard to tell. Sorry for the long response, but to answer your question how I see it, Spring Bonnie wasn't the name of the original CHARACTER, but was the name of the original ANIMATRONIC and its variations, which was changed after springlock failures (such as the Bite of 83 and others referenced).

@@SomeonesBestFriend11_SBF the bite was caused by springlock failure because of the child crying. moisture causes them to come loose. had he not been "the crying child," the bite wouldn't have happened in the way that it did. springlocks exist so a performer can enter the suit, which literally keeps the metal and robotics in place, moisture causes them to move or become loosened, which is exactly why the bite happened

Think, I After FNaF 1, Henry sold the business in order to pay the debt owed to the bank. This would mean that there was no concept of "ownership" at that time. Following that, business partners launched a horror attraction. It was burned, etc. They found Henry and paid him for a fresh concept like a restaurant. Henry used this chance to create a trap for the end. If there were four salvaged robots inside, the building would have been automatically set on fire with a cassette on Saturday. When they realized it wasn't Michael, the gang would lose interest, as he imagined. William was searching for Michael with Elisabeth, not for the blood of the others, after all. Hence, the employee would be fired if there wasn't the entire gang. Fazbear Ent. didn't care much about this change because it wasn't making them lose anything after all. If I had wrongs, please comment.
