@@villainousdante that's a fair argument but there's also another thing to take into account, The Funtimes in ST4TIC's story clearly have some form of autonomy, and I don't just mean that can enact their orders without being told to by William but they clearly can CHOOSE who they want to kill, both Freddy and Foxy in Thier own videos choose to kill adults/employees (who seemingly have no real knowledge of what the Funtimes are) by activating thier own protocols to cause the them confusion and then hunting them down,this is very weird considering they were made to hunt Kids and not adult, neither they or William gain anything from killing random Adults

I'm sure someone else has brought it up, but the tunnel attraction is absolutely *genius* and fits in PERFECTLY with the ulterior motives behind the funtimes' creation. It guarentees that children will be seperated from their parents, the idea behind it being "hide and seek" gives children inside an incentive to stay quiet and "hidden", and from the branching paths we see(Potentially to serve as "hiding spots"), finding the way out would be quite difficult, giving the animatronics plenty of time to deal with a child in a place where few are likely to immediately notice their absence.

I really have to talk about the scene where foxy talks to the girl in the tunnel. Rarely ever does a horror movie/video manage to actually make the villan genuinely unsettling without either ruining it or coming off as something else. Lots of the vhs horror we see nowadays is basically just spooky atmosphere, thing appears, camera cut to someone running from thing, cut to black. But here we actually get to see the villan be more than just a scary thing for the person holding the camera to run away from. Its a lot like that scene from IT where pennywise talks to gorgie from inside the sewer. The threat is clear, but the intentions arent. Its wonderful.

Wow. I think the thing that stands out the most to me, in terms of interpretation, is Foxy's voice. It fits very well, contrasting the others' nicely to make him stand out from the rest of the band but also fit the voices previous Foxy models would've had, rather than being something completely different from other locations' iterations of the character. His movements as well were quite well done - the glitchy movements of the faceplates, his tail swaying while he waits, and the details of his eyelids moving to fit certain expressions (particularly in the tunnel scene). His head movements as well, tilting and angling for further expression with a face that otherwise can't do much of it. Your use of body language in both movement and static poses is quite well done, as well, something I love to see with these characters. The stairwell scene with the human models left something to be desired; they felt somewhat detached from the environment I think due to a combination of the lack of sound of their steps and some movements having their feet slide around to fit their poses, but other than that, the tape is excellent. The other humans shown, both Afton at the end and the child in the tunnels, did not suffer from the same issues, nor did Foxy during his various scenes of movement, making that scene the outlier - and the scene is by no means bad due to it, either, as the voice acting, overall animation quality, and writing is well done. The rest of the video - the commercial for the location with several quite interesting things shown, Foxy's murder of the two technicians (and off-screen destruction of a repair area), the hunt of the girl, and the ending were all pretty much without flaw in my eyes, particularly the girl being lured and the commercial bit. The in-between of Foxy recieving the orders was quite interesting as well, and his seeming use of the cameras and of an administrator override of the systems keeping him contained were very horrifying concepts as well - he didn't even use his scent system or voice mimicry in the video, and he was still a terrifyingly unstoppable force. Snippets of Afton's research being shown (at least, some of the scene and some of the notes) to mainly focus on blood was interesting, and I do wonder where he's doing those operations as well, be they in a tucked-away back room of the surface or somewhere in the labyrinth of tunnels below. Afton's concern for Foxy's response to the girl's screams was also intriguing, suggesting the possibility that they may not be fully bound by their programming, even if they are forced to go with it at times. Other worldbuilding, such as the employee designations and treatment, the band's personalized activities and games, and the whole hide-and-seek tunnel system (including the camera's watermark of 'I found Foxy!' despite the tables being rather turned in that case) with monitoring cameras and so forth, was quite interesting and well put-together. I look forward to your next work, whatever it may be.

I don’t think I’ve seen any FNAF game do this to me, other than FNAF 4 because of their nightmarish looks. Overall, this has got to have been the best VHS horror tape I’ve seen in awhile. A FNAF VHS video without loud, overkill jumpscares or tasteless usage of gore. Just as according to my tastes. A masterpiece !!! Granted, there ARE a few loud jumpscares and there's a bit of blood/ketchup in some scenes, but it's not that graphic and it's thankfully used sparingly instead of excessively.

@@chasescorner2902 To be fair, as loud as it is, it's thankfully not THAT graphic since there's no ketchup being flayed around without rhyme or reason. If anything, it's being used in a medical/scientific manner for experimentation, which I personally find a little more eerie. But yeah, it's... sort of loud. At least unlike other loud-ass jumpscares or whatnot, it's a nice payoff.

i don't normally comment on videos like these - but this is absolutely fantastic. The atmosphere is something that other comments touched on - and for good reason, its great - but god, what I adored about this tape was the way Circus Baby's, as a location, is fleshed out. For all of the key events orbiting around Circus Baby's, we don't see the inside of the actual restaraunt, what it was like, how it was marketed, etc. And this tape not only shows what it looks like during the day (I loved the opening commercial) but what an actual attraction was. Kids can find Foxy! Disappear into the tunnels. It really makes you realize that Baby wasn't the only programmed killer, the entire place was one big deathtrap! And the scene with William actively experimenting on that little girl is gonna haunt me, and I'm only half-joking - her screams really freaked me out. Even if Elizabeth is dead by this point, there's something so inexcusable about it. Tldr; amazing, brilliant, fantastic, never been done before, in love

I'll give credit to that. You can't exactly get a full image of the place because it's all portrayed in chunks but the commercials slapped for sure.

What makes me even more impressed about this is that you made your own music for it, and also voice acted, lit up the scenes as necessary, and tackled 2 insane fears in just one 14 minutes video
@ang3lf3ath3r-xf7yt Жыл бұрын
This gave me some genuine fear. I feel like with the most recent games, I don’t feel suspense nor frightened anymore. This video encapsulates a lot of themes that are realistic in the sense that if this happened in real life, you could genuinely believe it. Robots are unpredictable. The screams of the little girl and the experimentation on her by William made me scared, as the yelps of pain sound...real. There are much, much more notable things to talk about, such as the creative advertisement at the start and the mechanics getting brutally murdered by Funtime Foxy. Overall, I think this was a pleasure to watch and what the FNAF community is mostly looking for!

I got goosebumps across my entire body when Afton started laughing and that imagery started flashing afterwards. Really really good horror content here. I liked the way Foxy spoke as well. A creepy voice (am I crazy, or was it Afton speaking through him..?) , the way he sounded so sinister with the child and then so automatic with Afton making his report. Love it. I think Funtime Foxy is a really under-utilized character as well. He’s got rows of sharp teeth and these haunting eyes, man, I love that you made him look even creepier. Great work!

This one was amazing. The tunnel part was a very tense experience, seems like there was no shortage of horror. The technical skill on display is remarkable, very polished looking, while also keeping that 1980s fnaf style. And I think what was implied was that William was using the foxy animatronic to capture and kill children, so he can continue his studies with Remnant, I think that is what is on full display here. I can tell St4tic has really honed his craft up until now, in order to bring us the best experience ever. What really made it scary was just the imagery of an innocent child, going through something that she can barely fathom, and the only one who knows the full gravity of the situation is the murderer himself. Absolutely CHILLING. Just makes me excited for more from this channel, and more from the FNAF VHS genre. Hats off to you St4tic, bravo, bravo.

Huge shoutout to the voice acting in this! Foxy’s was especially interesting. You could say that the creep factor was a bit overdone, but to me it works - it’s like this machine is incapable of hiding its true nature, so everything about it exudes malice. Its voice tries to sound friendly, but it's too predatory to pull it off. Its face tries to look cutsie and approachable, but the face plates keep jutting out unnaturally. It's a really cool effect.

When I was little I always found the little playground tunnels sort of comforting but at the same time to small and tight. It felt like I had no contact to the outside world (if the tunnels didn’t have those bubble windows you could use to peek outside and wave at your parents) The idea of being in these playground tunnels and an unknown being mimicking someone’s voice and also attempting to bring harm to you really drives home just how scary closed spaces can be,especially in dangerous situations. I want to go in order with events! The two men arguing and ending up being killed just shows us how ruthless and bloodthirsty William and his contraptions are. Then cutting to the tunnel this shows us how robotic and soulless and ai like the animatronics are,taking time to respond like a ai and having a singular purpose: kill. And of course the ending: it shows us how heartless afton and his contraptions are. The contraptions are heartless with no soul,doing as they wish.
