I remember the old David Bradley saws that were the same saw really, just different color and decals. Good old saw there and sounds like my old C-5 Homelite but yours had a screen in the muffler. My C-5 had a piston inside it. TALKING about loud! And one thing I learned first off from the old logger/sawmiller was as soon as a saw stopped, turn the switch back on. That way you never hauled it back out in the woods and it wouldn't crank because the switch was off. And I've been know to throw stuff gently and not so gently. Still had to go pick it up! GOOD Job and lets name that tune one day!

I hear ya! Yep, thats one thing I always do, i got in the habit of that along time ago, on any thing with a pull rope if it has a switch like that. I heard that! Thanks for Watching!!!

My Neighbor just tossed this exact Chain Saw in his garbage can. Since anything in a garbage can is public property, I grabbed it. I DK if I will fix it or recycle it. I also have a really old Gardenway Mini Tiller from 1981. It has a 2 HP Tecumseh with a sticker to mix 24:1. I run it at 40:1 and haven't had any issues yet. I think the new oils are really good. I use Echo Red Armor. Nice job on the Saw. If any viewers are in the Portland Oregon area and want the Saw, it is yours.

Yeah that saw's so old that it probably recommended 32/1 oil mixture. May be on the gas cap...Nice repair!

Awesome saw .......... Like I said in another video you had up, I am catching up on your vids... I love those old chainsaws...... I got a old Homelite coming my way that a guy on a small engine forum that needed some help with a couple saws.... He lived 30 minutes from my shop, and he couldn't get a Mac 3516 running for 12 years that he and a local shop tried ..... So he came by and I got him up and running again in less than a hour............ Let me know what's gonna happen with your saw........... Plus Tard Mon Ami ...........

The modern chainsaws are made out pussy crap. Don't dare to drop it or, some plastic parts will break off. I do have 2 older chainsaws. I might fool around with them.

You right there, the old ones were built to last. I'd like to see a company start making saws like this again. but probably won't happen. Thanks for Watching!!!
