one thing i love about this version is how it speeds up. the originals drop was great because it started super slow, then suddenly its like you are hit with this intense melody. gives a really uneasy feeling to hear such a creepy dull tone speaking REALLY fast. but this version ups it up almost twice as fast. it makes you feel like you are fighting for your life trying to keep up with butches pace. my only issue with this, is although the design itself is great, the animation could use some fine tuning on butch. like i just imagine butch fluidly moving, speaking nonchalantly, telling spike that fighting is pointless, and to make his choice, with a creepy grin. arms out wide, as if inviting spike to his own death. when i see the animation attempt, i just see what it COULDVE been and i honestly really want to see someone do it justice. the fnf community could easily do it.

while that is true, Crabs did die trying to avenge Spongebob, and Teuthida in one of the planned endings would have caused everyone in bikini bottom to die, so the stakes are equally as high, plus his opponent is something that used to be Squidward, so there's an emotional connection there that Starved Eggman doesn't Desire or Despair is the most hopeless of them all in some ways, Butch in a way has already won, almost everyone is dead and Spike is just the 100% completion objective even if Spike kills Butch here it doesn't matter, that doesn't bring back anyone, Butch doesn't care if he is killed, you cant stop an evil objective that he has already completed, the best result possible is that Spike gets revenge and stop this menace, and that's only if he does win. My own theory story :Someday at winter Butch was very hungry so he wake up and he try find food source then saw an yellow bird that he want eat it so badly that he chase it badly until he catch it and eat it immediately no regret he did just eat flesh as soon he back his trash than sleep but next day his body suddenly change he got stomach ache alot and saw his skin is changing to pale gray and his claws has been sharper.After that he was even more hungry and want to eat more flesh, now he is not 'himself' anymore he has change to blood thristy murderer. When he got outside see Tom so he tricks Tom that he have some fish at his place and want he eats with him, Tom accept the offer and follow Butch to his place. Soon after that Jerry wanna see Tom to bully him but dont find him anywhere in house so he decide to go outside, Jerry decide to go Butch dump place cus its the only place that Tom can go in there.He came in suddenly he smell a strong smell of blood and he found him near the fence saw Tom has lose one of his arms and his legs, his chest gouged open by something sharp revealing white bones.Jerry cant not belive this thinks its just an dream but didnt he knows that is real his friend just die,Jerry cried when he was crying an black shadow cat behind Jerry back and its the one and only Butch.He understand that Butch must be the one kill Tom so when Jerry tried run away to tell Spike but he failed to do so cus Butch has been run faster and able catch him.At evening when the family try call Tom home to eat dinner but they cant find him, Spike thinks today is so very strange cus Tom and Jerry he have not seen for a day so he go outside to find him. Then when he go to Butch dump he saw Butch near dead body to Tom and Jerry after that he have understand all of the situation that happen.He pick up all weapon surround him,a pot to protect his head,a trash can iron to protect himself and a long worn meat knife. Butch want to eat him first but he know that he have fight Spike even is he gonna die or still live but he doesnt care at all. He only wants to enjoy the despair and the satisfy of his desire.Spike become very furious and the final battle begin. Have 2 ending on the story (this is just my own theory): -Good Ending:Spike did manage to kill Butch and revenge to his old friends, He made 2 tombstone of his friends and put them in there and he put fish in Tom tombstone and an cheese to Jerry tombstone also one final picture of them hug each other. He cried and he wish he have come early to handle the situation then he say final goodbye and go back to his normal life -Bad Ending:Spike have defeat by Butch although he have attack him but Butch still alive after that Butch finish Spike and eat him, soon after that police came in and saw 3 dead body animals include a cat, mouse and dog.The news have been spread but everyday there more animals have been killed.
