Movie clip is basically used to create animations for idle and poses. So u can generate sprite sheet

Just started to pick this up and i got a question about the poses...when i add a pose it makes 2 bf's How do i get rid of the other bf that isn't doing a pose, or do i have to do 2 layers, One for the poses and one for just the idle
