Interestingly enough, in the easy version of this song, Pico's sigh is a Left Note, and the burp is a note you actually have to manually hit

Yeah exactly, I think it was only one time it actually happened But other than that...nothing Sometimes tho, when you hit the up note, you can briefly see how he closes his eyes and prepares for a burp (which is translated in that note)
