I think they’re separated into groups according to their skill level. “A” class would probably be the top trainees. See Lisa is a sweet girl. She was kind and patient, but when it comes down to it she needs to be strict. Like she said, you have to give it your all. Pay attention to detail and absorb everything your dance teacher is telling you. Lisa knows how competitive the idol world is and what it means to work hard. If she goes easy on them when they keep making the same simple mistakes, they won’t achieve their goals. She’s putting that fire and passion into them. I appreciate her dedication and commitment to helping these girls discover their true potential and for helping them push themselves 👏 she’s a real one

In the first episode, the trainees are given classes from A to C based on their performance, similar to an audition. If they perform exceptionally well, they will receive an A, while B for average performances, and C for below average. I forgot if there’s an F grade. After this, I think the first mission is to form groups. I should rewatch this I forgot some parts. I forgot if the group is formed with their classes or after selecting a song... or after selecting the song they will be grouped with the same classes with the same chosen song 😂 So yeah I just remember the judges discussing how to give an A to the trainees. Lisa emphasized that they should excel in both vocals/rap and dance, but some judges still gave an A to trainees who were only good at one of those skills. When the trainees in the A class didn’t perform well, Lisa was disappointed. She pointed out that the A class trainees should set a high standard since other trainees would be focusing on them because of their top ranking. She was concerned that if they didn’t perform well, the other trainees might feel disappointed that someone in the A class could perform so poorly. Love mentor lisa for that ❤ Alsooo, Esther Yu, is already an actress, she just joined that season because of Lisa. She ended up being part of the group that debuted, and she’s also on season 3 the girl you guys saw getting Lisa’s number 😂 Btw thankkk you so much for this ❤ I didnt skip the ads 😂 lovee u guys

8:44 the trainees will be evaluated after their missions. If they perform well, they can move up to a higher class. But if they don’t do well, they will either stay in their current class or be moved to a lower one 😊
