Why isn't sonic used his chaos emeralds,to turn to super sonic

cause Fleetway is himself Super Sonic but he is lost control by negative power in Chaos Emeralds then when he turn to super form it synonymous he turn to Fleetway, or you can read more on wiki.

Fleetway is one of the iterations of Super Sonic. He's a power hungry side of Sonic who awoken and takes over when Sonic is filled with Chaos Energy. When not fueled by the Emeralds' power, he either becomes dormant once more inside Sonic, or, in the case of when they split, he became one of the chillest guys around (and started slowly dying because of a lack of Chaos Energy).

Chaps emeralds sometimes contains chaotic energy in them. Fleetway is the only exe that Sega made. I was in a comic dub by them.
