Fun fact: Koro is not controlled by corruption, but since he lost his friends that aren't immune, he lost his mind and just attacks everyone, hoping to end his suffering. Krosis uses his hostility for amusement.

Those arrows are a sign that corrupted character is either going berserk or is really injured. Krosis would've lost when Koro gone ballistic at 3:53 if the latter had more stamina and hope.
