For those wondering the lore of this character IIRC is something along the lines of: The "strange creature" (or Liz) is a lunatic fangirl who's been obsessed with Amy Rose ever since Amy saved her life at some point in the past. In this canon, Sally and Sonic are in a romantic relationship, and Liz wants to "get Sally out of the way" so Amy could date Sonic and be happy. So she waits until night, sneaks into Sally's house through an open window, and attacks her with a knife. It's implied that during this song, Amy discovers both Liz and Sally’s dead body in her house, and Liz is showing it off to her in a "See what I did? Now you can have Sonic all to yourself!" sort of way. Edit: made some changes after reading the wiki, I was close, but there were a few minor things I got wrong.

… I’m so mad that I somehow came up with better lore than what it ends up being. The mod is great and pretty well done but I just came up with the idea of Amy having survivors Guilt/ptsd after accidentally causing Sally’s death to the point even after many years in which She’s now Sonic’s wife, She gets horrific hallucinations of her old, obsessive self killing or crippling Sonic for the sake of him staying by her side forever. A psychological manifestation of herself that exist to remind her that she not Sonic’s love interest, but rather Sonic’s fan girl and that’s all she’ll ever be.

@@austin88781 it doesn't make sense for the body to be Sonic, especially after reading the Wiki page about the character, Liz has no interest in killing Sonic whatsoever, and she only killed Sally because she was DATING Sonic. (and downloaded the mod to check the files myself, all you can see is the character's hand, nothing else, it's impossible to tell if that's Sonic or not.)
