I'm so confused on how axion was able to put bf's sprites on the screen like that, but I think he did a similar thing that the MX Devs did with the MX Vs Pico song where Pico would duck on MX right animation - I think they coded it so that when sonic plays his note animations, Boyfriend (including Sonic's hand) would move alongside him and tilt to match his animations (seems even more true noticing that his hand stays the same in his sprites and moves down less than his arm in his idle animation) and if a sprite gimmick in a teaser of a song is enough to make me write such a long comment, that just proves how good this mod is gonna be once it's full released

@@NicholasPickalis The last one didn't get canceled because of leaks. It is because they bloated the mod with OCs (16 out of the 23 newcomers), which caused them to have way too much to do. It is because they hired on 60+ people (according to Saster on Twitter when she announced her departure from the mod), which ended up causing a lot of in-fighting and constant leaks which couldn't be traced back to someone (with the only confirmed leak from within the dev team was Jackie and the fake 2.5/3.0 build which showed your IP). Leaks were merely a symptom, but the issue with them was that they weren't traceable. Leaks aren't a big deal if you can figure out who leaked the build, but the bigger the team the harder that is to do. I would be worried about Rightburst being the lead of this, but I'm willing to see if he has become less childish and won't rush this development like he did with Sonic.exe 1.5
