Lore:
While searching through the internet and looking for games, Yuzu finds a mysterious product that only has 1 stock left, no one was buying this product as the condition of the game is very poor, dirty and splattered with a red substance, Yuzu got curious and bought the game for her and the gang to play, when the package arrived, Yuzu and the others felt a little unease after opening the package, inside the package was a cartridge named "MARIO" with the red substance still present, the game played normally until the TV turned off, suddenly, a hand reached out and grabbed
the gang then got pulled inside the TV. Yuzu woke up in a strange forest with a strangely different appearance, while roaming around she eventually stumbled upon some mutilated corpses laying on the ground.
Fear struck Yuzu as she saw a pinkish creature who seemed to be feasting upon another creature, it eventually heard her, the creature already declared that Yuzu will be it's next meal.

他の生き物を食べているようなピンク色の生き物を見て、ゆずは恐怖を感じました。 やがて彼女の声が聞こえ、その生き物はすでに次の食事はユズだと宣言していた。

I'm also guessing Yuzu is dead in this. That makes 5 dead in this event unless your gonna count Momoi and Midori but I just gonna say no just because we're not sure if they found the warp star or not before M could kill them. (Again just my head cannon of who I think is dead, well we saw Plana and Noa. Still kinda unconfirmed for Arona, Yuuka, and Yuzu. Alive are Hoshino, Hina?, Momoi and Midori?)
