That disassembly really reminds at the Steyr AUG the internals of the trigger group as you call it even looks almost exactly like on the AUG. It seems like FN got heavily inspired by the AUG and really refined their design as it looks even easier to disassemble apart from the magazin but also you dont have to remove the barrel before disassembly. Really a big fan of this firearm.

I’ve had one for 15 years. Absolutely love it. Simple. I run only FN ammo and I have never had a malfunction. Ever. Take the sight bar out. Get a custom mount from Design Machine. Then mount a nice red dot. Perfect. Trigger packs are the key

Can you still switch out the PS90 barrel with the shorter one shown here in Canada? I thought it wasn't legal, though I do know you hold firearms for people with old licenses, so just curious. Just got a PS90

It is legal. It's already restricted just need to re verify

How does the extractor and ejector work? I've been watching animations and it's hard to see what's going on there.

@@armandgun no extractor or ejector at all? Do the cases fall out from gravity? The bolt face looks like it has extractors at the top and bottom. I was watching the new Garand Thumb video on it and he said the downward ejection is forceful - which made me think it wasn't gravity only. I'm working on a project that will have downward ejection so I'm looking into as many existing designs as possible for references.

How did you remove the oem muzzlebreak?

Need to drill the pin out from the other side and use a tap to knock it out. Easy job takes less than 20 minutes.

@@steverinaldi890 I posted that a few years ago. lol But since then I had cut the barrel and rethreaded it for a suppressor. Looks awesome!

I saw it was old. I had just did the swap so I chimed in anyway:). Not sure what your option ran but the 10.5 barrel is around $250.

@@steverinaldi890 To have it cut and threaded cost a little under $200. I also bought M12X1.0LH to 1/2x28 thread adapter. That was around $50

I'm in the market to find a FN PS90 SBR were would you recommend? Everywhere I look I find 16 inch barrels do I just buy one of those and a sbr conversion kit? I would also like to find one that is suppressor ready If that is at all possible online?

Buy the PS 90 and then buy the CMMG 10.5 barrel and swap it out. Need to file for SBR with the ATF
