Ok so what I understand about this "Hopeless of a gift" titled video is that Mark had some changes when encountering different Alternates in past years and he became so immune to them that he became M. A. D. Mark or as I call him, Anti-Alternate Mark and tried to kill the one alternate that has been tormenting him nonstop. Another theory is that mark was experimented on by mad scientist and they turned Mark into M. A. D. Mark
