But can it measure frequency below 1hz? For example my circuit should output around 100mHz, everyone is testing for the maximum bandwidth, but never the lowest frequency

Yes. You can.

@@Rickmakes Oh, okay. So I can use the signal generator on a circuit and look at the signal going through the circuit at the same time. That sounds more useful, thanks.

The instructions are lacking for sure. But for the price it is pretty handy.
