I think it was pre-eclampsia, it's high blood pressure that occurs during pregnancy, and with Kit's migraines they were just the warning signs.

I have mixed feelings about these two. I adored them the first time round, was willing them to get together and loved the build-up and coupledom. But then she left and Kim and Rachel happened. And they were great. Then Kit comes back and Kim cheats and Rachel is amazing about it and the baby then Kim leaves her for Kit. It was awful. Made me hate them as a couple. Plus, Kit was different when she came back. Not as likeable.
