Whats being outside have to do with ACL? Does ppl hurt their ACL all the time outside? Then im not going. This is the same thing with ppl doesnt know that purple light is most likely UV lights. They know UV, its just what they know sometimes different to other ppl. And it doesnt mean they lack common sense.
