My father was the first guy to manufacture Flame Retardant Foam via a company called Beaverfoam PLC in the UK. I remember watching the foam being made in this way. He made sure flame retardant foam was also legislated to prevent many house hold deaths from fire caused by standard foam. His name is John Anthony Lees.
