Thank you very much for this series. Our shop has a bunch of Foam core ruins we've done for tourneys, but they are as rudimentary as heck. It will be excellent to build some nice ones for the owners instead.

A very nice build. I like to cross cut flat surfaces to support the gluing.

Covering all that in the next video mate, for quick builds, I just prefer throwing a bit of balsa wood on the inside to reinforce the join. Works well for me and it's a lot quicker than find cutting.

Mel you are very good at this foam board thing, I need so suggestions on how to go about building a log cabin, can't think of a way to hide the log over hang at the end of each wall.

Hello Mel, greetings from Florida! I wanted to let you know that I love the channel and all the videos, very informative. I have a question that may have been addressed elsewhere, you have a lot on this wonderful channel and I have thus far only scratched the surface. I was wondering how you would make a wooden building, such as a barn and even buildings with other materials. My thought would be to cover the foamcore with coffee stirrers or something. What's your take? Keep up the good work!

Quick question - is it worth keeping the pins in place when making buildings? As the outside is going to be covered in texture you won't see them...and it would add to the strength? Love all the videos so far

Might have issues with rusting in the future mate, best to take them out, the glue works well enough
