Thanks Jason. That was very USEFUL. I actually have the larger set, and you've convinced me I should probably get the smaller set. I did pull down my large set and check the "gap" you mention. Mine doesn't seem to be as long as yours...the gap is only about 20% of the length beginning at the grip in. The rest closes nice and tight. I do find them to be very useful. Getting ready to start churning out AA guns, etc., for the Tirpitz (based on Bismarck) build. Have a great weekend upcoming. Hope your Birthday was everything you hoped for.

thanks for showing this, I had considered buying the larger one's but now you have shown the difference I think I would agree the smaller one's seem to be the choice for me. I have also noticed that the price difference between the two is the same here in the U.K but shop around for a bargain.😎

13:19 Got the same plyer. I find that by squeezing a bit harder the jaws make contact all the way.

If I recall you removed the handle spring to help that

Hello. I have both Tamiya bending pliers (small and large), and both are good, but I find myself using the small pliers more since most PE require small bends. Thanks for the video! Eric👍

Hi Jason, Nice review. I have both pair and use them all the time. I do tend to use the smaller pair a lot more often than the larger pair. Thanks for sharing. Have a great day. Jeff

A good and honest review Jason. Those bending pliers look perfect for quick bends, I think the little one is likely the more useful for me since most of my PE parts are for cockpits. I’m just curious as to why Tamiya left a gap in the straight edges that meet? Thank you for another tool review. 👍🏻😊

I have the larger pliers but hardly use them. I wish I had purchased the small set to be honest

Expends what your doing if you want to use CA medium is a good standard but you will want thin for some jobs very thin peers etc gel CA for parts you want to manipulate but parts you place and are not structural you can used things PVA or vanish
