In life, everyday your alive , we, them, you give too much to those around you , Giverments Lies Work Colleagues Manipulatiin The world stressed enviroment The bad intent LEADERS, politicians Walk away , you do not have to follow like sheeo Practice meditation , to calm your self , build your calm, confidence, control your focus . Ii was a person all over the place, then I realised , I don,t want to be part of all that crazyness . SO stood back and I went in a different directiin And my life is so much better 👍
