Is it only inline engines that sound this good? I’ve been trying to find a way to get my v6 to sound deep and throaty like this. Best I can find is some 500 dollar resonators… I might have to find my self an in-line engine.

Just get white pipes really. It’s gonna be expensive but it’s worth it. I have an ST with a $500 cat back and it sounds just like this, but not as annoyingly loud. Basically it’s gonna be expensive to get your car to sound nice regardless of which way you go

@@pingping9653 yeah the st block is arguably stronger than the 2.3 eco boost. RS has open deck design with weaker cylinder walls. You can get big power out the st. Some RS owners have even swapped the block to a bored out 2.0 st engine, to go beyond 500 bhp.
